This house is indeed a part of history: this place is so old - that is what makes it special. There are lots of modern homes out there, but you rather stay at the Prithee House! There are so many memories linked with this house, and the design of it is also unique. You noticed some flaws on the building because of its age, but you didn't bother to fix them. You thought that fixing the failure points would ruin the authentic look of the house.
