I don't know what these terrible people want to do with that lion, but he doesn't belong to them. He belongs to Mother Nature. You just happened to see them in the harbor as they loaded the cage up on their truck and set off. You could also see the lion inside. He was unconscious at that time, they made sure to sedate him.
