The gravity there is very low compared to earth's gravity. Houses there are in a floating state. In one of the village each street has an animal as watchdog for safety since neighboring villagers try to destroy this villagers' houses. One such watchdog is hurt and it's horn is broken so it can't defend the street. Knowing this a rival villager was attaching a house.
